The Diversity Summit provides students with the opportunity to connect with one another and network with Wells Fargo leaders — all while providing an introduction to Wells Fargo's culture and the opportunities our programs provide.

The WFS MBA Diversity Summit is designed to be a best in class program to pipeline high-potential candidates. Wells Fargo will focus on candidates from diverse backgrounds who are female, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, two or more races, LGBTQ, military veterans or students with disabilities for our WFS Summer Associate Investment Banking program. Candidates must be starting their first semester in a full-time MBA program in Fall 2019.

The Wells Fargo Securities MBA Diversity Fellowship is designed for top diverse MBA talent interested in Investment Banking. The program is reflective of Wells Fargo's commitment to building and sustaining a diverse and inclusive culture, as outlined in our Vision, Values, and Goals. The fellowship is designed to be a best-in-class program to pipeline high-potential candidates into our Investment Banking Summer Associate Program. Wells Fargo will focus on candidates from diverse backgrounds who are female, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, two or more races, LGBTQ, military veterans or students with disabilities. Eligible candidates will begin a full-time MBA program in the fall of 2019 and be available for a summer internship during the summer of 2020. Successful applicants will have a history of academic and/or professional achievement and a demonstrated interest in pursuing an Investment Banking career.
What is included in the fellowship?
The fellowship offers recipients $30,000 towards their 1st year MBA program upon receiving and accepting an offer for the Wells Fargo Securities Summer Associate Investment Banking internship. Recipients of the first year fellowship award also may be eligible to receive an additional second year fellowship award in the amount of $30,000 if: they successfully complete the 2020 Summer Associate Investment Banking internship, they receive and accept a full-time offer of employment with Wells Fargo, and they meet the employment requirements and other terms and conditions of the second year fellowship award opportunity.
Note: If you currently have or later receive financial awards that cover 80% or more of your MBA program tuition, the fellowship award opportunity available to you will be reduced from $30,000 to $15,000 for the first year, and any potential second year award also will be reduced to $15,000. You must advise Wells Fargo of any other financial awards that you currently have or later receive for your MBA program.
