Corporate & Investment Banking MBA Diversity Summit

Overview

Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to host an upcoming event for high-performing MBA candidates from diverse backgrounds. The Diversity Summit provides students with the opportunity to connect with one another and network with Wells Fargo leaders - all while providing an introduction to Wells Fargo's culture and the opportunities our programs provide.

·       Meet senior management and Wells Fargo professionals from Investment Banking.

·       Attend information sessions, panels, and networking events.

·       Participate in interviews for our Investment Banking Summer Associate Program.

Conference Dates and Location

Location: Charlotte, NC

Date: November 5 - November 6, 2020

All travel and meal expenses will be paid by Wells Fargo

Qualifications

The Corporate & Investment Banking MBA Diversity Summit is designed to be a best in class program to pipeline high-potential candidates. The summit is open to all first-year MBA students including female, Black/African, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native American/Alaskan Native and LGBTQIA students, as well as protected veterans and people with disabilities interested in Investment Banking who are starting their first semester in a full-time MBA program in Fall 2020.

As an attendee of this year's 2020 Corporate & Investment Banking MBA Diversity Summit, you also have the opportunity to interview for our MBA Diversity Fellowship Program for Investment Banking Associates.

Application Details

Step 1: If interested, the application window will open on June 1, 2020. Submit your application by 11:59 pm EST on Sunday, October 4, 2020. You'll be asked to include your resume and an essay including responses to the following questions (please limit essay response to no more than 350 words total):

·       Why are you interested in attending the Corporate & Investment Banking MBA Diversity Summit?

·       Why are you interested in pursuing a career in Investment Banking?

Step 2 (optional): If interested, you also have the opportunity to apply to the Corporate & Investment Banking MBA Diversity Fellowship Program. To learn more about the Fellowship, click here. Please include your Fellowship essay in your document upload for the Diversity Summit application. *Fellowship interviews are contingent on receipt of a 2021 Summer Associate offer. You must interview for the Summer Associate Program while on site at the Diversity Summit to be eligible. If you receive an offer for the Summer Associate Program, Diversity Fellowship interviews will be hosted on November 19 and November 20, 2020 in Charlotte, NC.
