Early Talent: Wells Fargo Securities Undergraduate Diversity Forum
You're invited to apply to a forum designed for current sophomores who are interested in the financial services industry (investment banking, research, asset management, private equity, brokerage, sales & trading, insurance, etc.). During the forum, you'll learn about Wells Fargo Securities (WFS) and the financial services industry, meet with senior management and WFS professionals, and participate in a Corporate Valuation seminar conducted by Training the Street. You will also learn how to navigate the summer analyst recruiting process and participate in an accelerated interview process for 2020 summer internship program opportunities.

The Wells Fargo Securities Undergraduate Diversity Forum is designed to be a best in class program to pipeline high-potential candidates. Wells Fargo will focus on candidates from diverse backgrounds who are female, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, two or more races, LGBTQ, military veterans or students with disabilities for our junior summer programs.
You must be a current sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major with an expected graduation date of December 2020 or May/June 2021.

You'll be asked to include the following information: (1) resume, (2) cover letter, and (3) a short 350 word essay telling us why diversity is important to you and what do you hope to achieve from the Wells Fargo Securities (WFS) Diversity Forum.
