Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Manager

Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) is one of the top lead arrangers of asset-based loans in the U.S. with a large and diversified portfolio of close to 2,500 customers and $37 billion in loans outstanding. Capital Finance offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Our Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Managers are responsible for:

  • Credit and administration of a portfolio of ABL clients
  • Analyzing collateral and financial performance of borrowers
  • Maintaining and growing client relationships, including meeting with portfolio clients and actively working with team leaders and senior management in executing/structuring transactions within the portfolio

Inventory Finance Relationship Manager; Inventory Finance Sales Representative

Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) provides inventory financing solutions, service and intelligence through in-depth industry expertise and a commitment to customers. Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) provided $47 billion in financing for more than 50,000 dealers and more than 4,000 distributors and manufacturers globally in 2015. Programs include inventory and accounts receivable financing, asset-based lending, private label financing, and related financial products. On March 1, 2016, Wells Fargo acquired CDF from GE Capital.

The Inventory Finance Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a team of portfolio manager professionals and they participate in all phases of an inventory finance transaction after financial closing including:

  • Construction
  • Conversion to term financing
  • Operations and financial monitoring
  • Analyzing requests for consents and waivers
  • Restructures of troubled account
  • Documentation and closing

The Inventory Sales Representative focuses on growth and retention of existing, large, and high priority Inventory Finance dealers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business.

Loan Doc Specialist

A Loan Doc Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, and using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. They are primarily responsible for:

  • Interpreting Policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
  • Ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups

Investment Banking Analyst

An Analyst is the primary analytical support for the investment bankers in the origination of investment banking transactions such as merger and acquisition advisory services, leveraged finance, investment grade debt, and public equity. They are responsible for:

  • Assisting in the cultivation of customer relationships by conducting research, participating in strategic planning and assisting in the execution of advisory services.
  • Participating in client meetings, due diligence visits and other client interactions during which they gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers.

They provide these services as part of a team consisting of Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors.

Investment Banking Associate

Associates are an integral part of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets team. They are directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of investment banking products and services for existing and prospective clients. Specific Associate responsibilities include:

  • Creating detailed financial models used for valuation (DCF, LBO, merger plans, accretion/dilution, comparable company and transaction analysis)

Business Development Officer
