Credit and administration of a portfolio of ABL clients
Analyzing collateral and financial performance of borrowers

The Inventory Finance Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a team of portfolio manager professionals and they participate in all phases of an inventory finance transaction after financial closing including:

A Loan Doc Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, and using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. They are primarily responsible for:
Closing and Compliance for Loan Products
Interpreting Policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
Ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups
An Analyst is the primary analytical support for the investment bankers in the origination of investment banking transactions such as merger and acquisition advisory services, leveraged finance, investment grade debt, and public equity. They are responsible for:
Assisting in the cultivation of customer relationships by conducting research, participating in strategic planning and assisting in the execution of advisory services.
Participating in client meetings, due diligence visits and other client interactions during which they gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers.
They provide these services as part of a team consisting of Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors.
Associates are an integral part of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets team. They are directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of investment banking products and services for existing and prospective clients. Specific Associate responsibilities include:
Creating detailed financial models used for valuation (DCF, LBO, merger plans, accretion/dilution, comparable company and transaction analysis)
Preparing marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions and board presentations
Conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction

Your responsibilities as a Business Development Officer will include:
Partner with leadership to develop sales strategy and marketing efforts in a defined territory
