About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Associate to join the Commercial Banking Operations Division.

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and certifying procedures and job aids to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. The position oversees SharePoint site governance, ensuring adherence to documentation guidelines and best practices, and supports or leads assigned projects through planning, execution, and successful delivery. Additionally, the role performs control‑related activities such as monitoring, documentation, and compliance checks to promote operational effectiveness and reduce risk.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and resolve moderately complex operational tasks, accountable for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure to include originating source documents, data adherence to regulations, processing payments, resolve discrepancies and process unique rejects or exceptions
  • Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action within defined scope of responsibility
  • Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
  • Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with appropriate course of required action
  • Analyze and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Develop, maintain, and certify procedures and job aids to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Oversee SharePoint site governance, ensuring ongoing compliance with established guidelines, documentation standards, and best practices
  • Lead or provide key support for assigned projects, contributing to planning, execution, and successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Execute control-related activities, including monitoring, documentation, and compliance checks to support operational effectiveness and risk mitigation.
  • Cross train and support additional duties amongst the team such as training, event escalation and survey coordinator, monthly reporting activities and project engagement


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial Banking Operations experience
  • Experience or knowledge with one of a combination of the following systems: AFS, Loan IQ, Blast, GSS, ISM, InfoLease, Lease Connect, Siebel, ServiceNow, My Accounts, COMS, AIMS
  • Learning development, design, and delivery skills
  • Project management and/or research skills
  • Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Ability to develop operational reporting and perform data analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau or Power BI


Job Expectations:

  • Work in one of the posted location below on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
  • Working schedule is Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am and 6pm CST (8 hours)
