Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Treasury Management team within Wealth & Investment Management. This position will sit within the Deposits & Treasury Management organization and offers hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of Treasury Management, client engagement, and foundational sales support. In this role, you will:
- Support Treasury Management Consultants by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing current clients and prospect information to drive the sales process.
- Ensure a smooth client and partner experience by supporting new & existing requests for Treasury Management services and products, including onboarding and maintenance.
- Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives
- Provide support for the ongoing product and pricing management for Treasury Management services
- Develop, implement, execute and maintain processes, controls, and policies necessary for the correct functioning of the Treasury Management product portfolio including the implementation of new accounts
- Ensure products and programs adhere to regulations and policies; oversee product risk management to ensure effective controls, meet deliverables, and drive new initiatives
- Plan and support strategic initiatives, using proficient analytical skills, foundational knowledge of Change Management execution, and understanding of WIM business
- Identify, and advocate for any relevant modification thereof, opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Treasury Management (roles such as a Sales Analyst, Dedicated Client Service Officer or Implementation Coordinator) with knowledge of products, services and implementation processes
- Experience in Wealth Management or other Financial Services
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management systems (e.g., Account Analysis, AES, ARTi, Commercial Electronic Office (CEO), iTrac, Legal Wizard, Phoenix, TM Pricer, and UAM)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence key decision makers and foster effective partnerships
- Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and regulations
- Aptitude to quickly and effectively develop knowledge of products, pricing strategies, risk management, technical tools and sales processes.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to partner across business and functional groups
- A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concept
