About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Platform Management Director to lead key strategic platform roll outs including Loan IQ and nCino as enterprise‑critical platform and lead key Enterprise Initiative (scope includes CB, CIB, WIM, CSBB & Ops).

In this role, you will:

Complete Loan IQ migrations; absorb capacity shocks from attrition and incident response. Eliminate single‑threaded workflows; mature maker–checker and validation routines; ensure ABO coverage meets audit expectations.

Conversion & Integration Readiness: Partner with CBOA and originations (e.g., nCino) to sustain STP and conversion throughput without incident‑driven delays.

Production Risk & Controls (ABO/RCSA): LIQ attestations, certifications, defect triage, and sustainability validation; close audit gaps and strengthen systemic field validations.

Lead Loan IQ product execution and risk controls across Payments, GL/Tax, ABO (audit, attestations, control testing), UAT, and critical integrations.

Closely work with teams and stakeholders to ensure release Readiness: Coverage for ~2,800 high‑risk features per release.

Minimize Risk/Client impact by working with teams to minimize SLA breach, audit and control exposure and ensure confidence of stakeholders leading to better collaboration.

AS a senior leader, build bench strength as part of human capital risk mitigation.

US–India Operating Cadence: Expand overlap windows and standardize incident response/runbooks; enable cross‑training and knowledge capture to retire single‑person dependencies.

Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables

Interpret and develop a range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk

Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experienced and prove track record building large functional India based Product Platform Management team, driving agile, design thinking, and upskilling teams.

    Own multi-year product roadmaps aligned to growth, modernization, and operational efficiency for large global suite of multiple corporate banking product platforms preferably Loan IQ and nCino with high degree of -volume and complexity

  • Lead products / Platforms across geographies with strong matrixed collaboration. Partner closely with engineering, data, and platform teams on APIs, integrations, automation, and analytics-driven products

  • Apply data-informed decision-making using product and business KPIs. Drive business cases, funding proposals, and value realization for new product investments

    Experience in bank or FinTech Product Management related to corporate financing of global products including Loan IQ and nCino.

  • Build and mentor high-performing product management talent globally, including India-based team. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and outcome ownership

    Experience operating in large-scale global delivery models with India-based product and technology teams

  • Comfort and experience working across time zones and diverse cultural contexts. Familiarity with enterprise-scale, data-intensive, and regulated environments for large scale companies with complex structures

  • This leader must work well in a rapid-paced environment and be passionate about leading transformational change. Superior collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization is a requirement

  • Manage and develop a team of individuals associated with highly complex projects Engage and influence more experienced leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects

  • Interpret and develop government regulations and enterprise policies for highly complex, high-risk programs or projects

    Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Product Delivery that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Product, Program and Project Management and an understanding of the commercial lending business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions. Drive financial and business case development

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to the direct team, senior leadership, and stakeholders in the delivery of innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale, cross organizational in nature and align to Enterprise and Commercial Banking strategic objectives

  • Required AI Skills and Competencies: As part of Wells Fargo’s commitment to innovation and responsible AI adoption, all roles require foundational AI literacy. This includes:

    Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, while maintaining human oversight.

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions.

    Responsible AI Use: Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions.

  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies

    Strategic Integration: Ability to identify opportunities for AI to drive business outcomes and efficiency. Champion AI literacy and adoption in teams and manage change.

  • Governance and Risk Oversight: Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and ethical deployment across teams.

  • Vendor and Technology Evaluation: Assess AI tools and platforms for suitability, scalability, and alignment with Wells Fargo’s enterprise standards.
