Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Lead Business Execution Consultant (Vice President) to support strategic initiatives, financial reporting, data analytics, and daily operations within the Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) group. In this role, you will:

  • Master the full M&A operational lifecycle and provide hands-on support to deal teams
  • Prepare thoughtful data driven presentations for business reviews with senior management
  • Implement strategic initiatives and ensure consistent messaging and guidance to bankers
  • Ensure pipeline and market share data accuracy by monitoring performance and analyzing the competitive landscape
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Lead efficiency optimization projects in conjunction with WF technology teams
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners (including Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Business Continuity, Marketing, and Communications).


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and modeling concepts
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and effectively collaborate with other business and functional areas


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
