In this role, you will:

  • Support executive-level administrative, operational tasks and client-facing support activities across a fast-paced financial advisory team
  • Assist with recruiting operations, onboarding coordination, scheduling and relationship management activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of basic investment concepts, client review processes, and financial planning cycles
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook PowerPoint including data tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Assist with operations oriented tasks, including client documentation, money movement, account openings, and documentation processing
  • Deliver high-quality service by working closely with both internal partners and external clients
  • Deliver a high level of client-facing support, ensuring a polished, confidential and professional experience
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities in a multi-advisor, deadline-driven environment


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • High level of C-Suite experience
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments
  • Experience working with project management
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills


Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$30.77 - $45.67
