  • Drive adoption of AI tools, developer copilots, agents, and automation to improve productivity and quality within IDOCS development and operations
  • Enable responsible use of AI across design, development, testing, and operations for IDOCS capabilities
  • Ensure IDOCS solutions meet banking regulatory, security, data protection, and audit requirements, embedding controls, observability, and automation to reduce operational risk
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination related to IDOCS delivery
  • Function as the technical representative for IDOCS product during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning
  • Build engineering skills side-by-side in the codebase, conduct peer reviews to evaluate quality and solution alignment, and guide design, as needed
  • Collaborate with and influence Product Managers/Product Owners to drive user satisfaction, influence technology requirements and priorities in the product roadmap, and promote innovative solutions for IDOCS
