About this role:

Wells Fargo is looking for a nCino/Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner (P3 Grade). This role works closely with business and technology teams to deliver User Stories on the nCino/Salesforce integration, platform development and business analytics.

You will help to discover or gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery. The focus is on lending, data, and system integrations. The goal is to build simple, effective, and scalable solutions that meet business needs Risk and CRM transformation.


In this role, you will:

  • Work with business and tech teams to discover or gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Write clear user stories, process flows, and documents.
  • Support design and delivery of nCino/Salesforce solutions.
  • Work on integrations and ensure correct source to target mapping between systems.
  • Use SQL and SOQL to analyze data and support reporting.
  • Act as a Product Owner and manage backlog and priorities.
  • Run Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
  • Work with vendors and partner teams to deliver solutions.
  • Support testing, data validation, and UAT activities.
  • Help business teams during go-live and adoption.
  • Fix issues and support improvements after release.
  • Create reports and support data-driven decisions.
  • Keep track of risks and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and data quality.
  • Use AI tools where helpful for analysis and reporting.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

 Required AI Skills and Competencies:

  • Able to use AI tools for basic tasks like summaries and analysis.
  • Think carefully and validate AI outputs before using them.
  • Understand data privacy and use AI responsibly.
  • Be open to learning new tools and technologies.


Desired Qualifications:

  • nCino/Salesforce certification.
  • Experience working on large transformation programs.
  • Experience in Agile projects.
  • Exposure to integration and platform work.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience in UAT and release support.


Job Expectations:

  • MBA (Finance preferred) or similar education/experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial services.
  • Strong experience in nCino/Salesforce projects.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and SOQL.
  •  Knowledge of Risk Management & CRM domain
  • Experience in system integrations and source to target mapping.
  • Understanding of lending and banking processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
