This role supports end‑to‑end delivery across Value‑Added Services capabilities by translating enterprise transformation objectives into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on managing the flow of work from intake through delivery, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones are aligned across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Delivery teams. Operating within a complex, matrixed environment, this role partners closely with Value‑Added Services and delivery leadership to surface risks, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum against strategic objectives. Success requires strong execution discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving consistent delivery outcomes.

  • Translate enterprise and business priorities into actionable Value‑Added Services plans, aligning initiatives, releases, and workstreams to strategic objectives.
  • Monitor delivery flow and execution health across Value‑Added Services, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and constraints and partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external partners to support integrated, end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Participate in Value‑Added Services–level planning and delivery forums (e.g., PI planning, release planning, execution reviews) to support alignment, readiness, and accountability.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex execution dynamics into actionable insights.
  • Track and manage dependencies and execution risks, escalating issues and supporting trade‑off decisions as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, identifying opportunities to enhance planning, governance, processes, and ways of working across Value‑Added Services.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product owner, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payments lifecycles, platforms, and messaging flows.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or migration programs.
  • Familiarity with payment rails and messaging platforms such as ACH, FedNow, CHIPS, SWIFT, MT‑to‑MX, and ISO 20022.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive‑ready storytelling.
