About this role:
This role provides strategic leadership for community relations programs that drive measurable impact and strengthen Wells Fargo’s presence and reputation across the Metro Atlanta market. As an individual contributor, this role leads high-impact strategies that advance housing access, business growth, and financial health.
The individual will engage Metro Atlanta’s ecosystem—including nonprofits and economic development networks—to expand equitable outcomes and develop community development strategies aligned with CRA priorities, including neighborhood stabilization and revitalization, community lending, service, and investments.

In this role, you will:
Develop innovative market strategies for community relations programs and philanthropic initiatives
Design stakeholder plans to elevate reputation across priority audiences and key constituencies
Manage grant portfolios and track outcomes, KPIs, and investment performance at market level
Lead employee volunteer programs to scale community engagement and participation rates
Partner with communications to drive earned media and proactive reputation outcomes
Execute with nonprofits and civic groups to advance funding strategies and measurable impact
Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance standards across programs
Scale best practices across markets to improve portfolio performance and consistency
Drive market activations and storytelling aligned to enterprise strategy and impact goals
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Community Impact & Sustainability experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing community investment strategies across the Atlanta market
Experience managing grant portfolios and measuring impact using defined KPIs
Experience advancing housing, small business, or financial inclusion initiatives
Experience partnering with nonprofits and public-private coalitions at scale
Experience managing budgets and evaluating investment performance outcomes
Experience engaging government and civic leaders across complex regions
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
