Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Consumer Banking & Lending Data Domain team to drive enterprise business operations, risk and control oversight, and executive enablement. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and governance across complex, cross-functional programs. This position requires strong business acumen, risk management expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and roadmaps
  • Drive delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment across business, technology, risk, and control partners
  • Develop executive-level materials, including business reviews, scorecards, and leadership communications
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business performance 
  • Own and manage core business operations, including OKRs, financials, headcount planning, and capacity management
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms (business reviews, leadership forums, governance routines)
  • Drive performance management through metrics, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional priorities to ensure alignment to strategic objectives and timelines
  • Lead risk management activities including RCSA execution, control environment oversight, and issue management
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory expectations, and internal policies
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks; drive remediation and sustainable control improvements with stakeholders
  • Support regulatory exams, audits, and second-line reviews, including coordination and issue resolution
  • Influence and align stakeholders across lines of business and functional areas
  • Facilitate decision-making through clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations
  • Build effective partnerships across business, risk, compliance, and technology team


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, controls, and regulatory expectations
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across large, matrixed organizations
  • Advanced communication skills with experience preparing executive-level materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive clarity and execution
  • Experience managing audits, regulatory exams, or enterprise risk programs

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
