In this role, you will:
- Support moderately complex administrative tasks
- Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
- Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
- Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
- Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination (domestic/international), expense reporting, and meeting/event planning
- Demonstrated expertise with Concur Travel & Expense and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with C-suite executives, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and act as a trusted partner to leadership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively across teams to ensure coverage and support
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Experience supporting financial processes, including expense management, reporting, and cost-efficiency practices
- Ability to coordinate across business partners (e.g., IT, facilities, onboarding/offboarding teams) to support operational and administrative needs
- Experience providing project coordination support, including contributing to process improvements or cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance practices, with the ability to follow and reinforce standards
- Prior Administrative experience within a Financial Services organization
- Data and reporting - Comfortable pulling pipeline data, prepping decks, tracking action items
- Series 7 preferred
