About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Campaign Analytics Senior Manager to join our growing Marketing Analytics team within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).
In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, lead and develop a team of data scientists, and play a critical role in shaping the performance of our marketing campaigns. You will conduct analysis to evaluate key marketing levels, deliver actionable in-flight reporting to continuously refine campaign performance, and generate insights that inform future optimization strategies.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer growth and engagement, while improving overall campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytics professionals, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure successful execution of key initiatives and business objectives. Define and implement strategies for planning, coordinating, and delivering data-driven research, analytics, and intelligence that support marketing and broader business goals.
Partner with stakeholders and influence leaders across all levels to provide strategic consultation, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Oversee the development of advanced analytical approaches, leveraging statistical techniques, modeling, and experimentation to measure and optimize campaign performance both in-flight and post-campaign.Drive the analysis of large, complex structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, generate hypotheses, and deliver meaningful recommendations that inform decision-making. Guide teams in solving complex business problems, ensuring high-quality deliverables while building strong analytical capabilities and technical expertise.Manage allocation of people and financial resources to align with strategic priorities and meet business commitments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, enabling the team to innovate, scale analytical solutions, and enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with peers and leaders to shape strategies, improve business processes, and identify opportunities for optimization, including enhancements to data, systems, and analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions
Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languages
Proficiency in Data visualization preferably with Tableau
Experience with large production data sets
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Expertise in statistical testing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Experience with technical systems and business processes extracting data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
Hands-on experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and data warehousing for purposes of integrating different data sources
Experience with managing and having direct reports
Experience using Copilot and AI prompting
Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about customer and employee experience
Strong track record mentoring and developing talent.
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved jobs posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote
