About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support Data Integration Services (DIS) functions, within Transaction Processing, aligned to the Operations & Remediation Automation Services (ROAS) application portfolio of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This role is central to delivering and evolving enterprise data integration, Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL), and automation capabilities that power high-volume customer and account transactions across digital, branch, ATM, and contact center channels.

Data Integration Services (DIS) enables scalable, resilient data pipelines and shared services, including customer data caching, consent management, and middleware integrations across the enterprise. Within this space, the ROAS team drives operational automation, risk mitigation, and processing efficiency for critical transaction workflows.

This role is critical to enabling next-generation data integration and automation capabilities across Transaction Processing. The successful candidate will help drive AI-enabled transformation, reduce operational complexity, and accelerate delivery of resilient, scalable solutions that support Wells Fargo’s core banking ecosystem. It offers high visibility across complex initiatives and plays a key role in advancing modernization of core data integration services, while maintaining resiliency, regulatory rigor, and operational excellence.


In this role, you will:

  • Align stakeholders to a clear roadmap and manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Analyze complex system interactions, data flows, and dependencies to drive informed decisions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting cloud transformation, data platform modernization, and automation at scale
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Drive delivery of automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve speed-to-market, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality
  • Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and regulatory standards
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead, or participate in, variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Partner across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, resilient solutions
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
  • Prioritize features based on business value, operational efficiency, and risk reduction
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Translate product strategy into execution across data integration, Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL), and middleware services

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional alignment and operating effectively within matrixed organizations to achieve strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and stakeholder partnership across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Experience driving change initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiency
  • enhancements that deliver measurable business results

  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and communicating risk in a concise, timely, and actionable manner
  • Experience within the financial services industry and regulated environments
  • Experience with Agile practices, product management principles, and modernization initiatives including automation and cloud transformation
  • Experience with high volume, mission critical systems and platform based, and application programming interfaces (API) driven products
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools, such as GenAI and GitHub Copilot, to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes
  • Working knowledge of data and technology concepts including application programming interfaces (APIs), data integration, Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL), and middleware platforms


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
