Senior Lead Digital Product Manager - Merchant Services

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Merchant Services industry.

  • Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery, including but not limited to prioritization product scope, intake and discovery of new work and work in progress within the backlog.

  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence and/or Jira.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to discern customer, technical and process impacts.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

  • Experience in digital production across all channels, platforms and devices.

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital technologies to include strong digital design sensibilities and familiarity with best practices for user-centered digital design.

  • Experience analyzing trends affecting digital interactive product design, mobile design or responsive design.

  • Experience deploying customer facing digital tools/interfaces and performance measures.

  • Ability to range strategic thinking and tactical activities to translating vision into executable initiatives.

  • Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop recommendations for unforeseen issues in production, change requests, etc.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, product owners, technology, business analysis, other internal partners.

  • Experience working with third party vendors.

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders.


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to10% of the time

  • Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.

  • Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • Relocation assistance not available for this position.
