Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Set IT strategy; enhance design, development, and operations of our software engineering systems; optimize the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provide information security; and enable continuous banking access with in-store, Online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's global customers. Support existing services as well as design and implement new business solutions, provide application guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Partner with projects, Business Analysts and Developers on application definition, design, development, integration, testing and support of reliable and reusable software solutions. Analyze highly complex business requirements. Generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications for middleware. Maintain existing services and applications. Develop new, highly complex original code while practicing test- driven development and taking end-to-end ownership of software functionality. Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts and provide coding direction to junior engineers. Work with team members to provide insight into solving complex problems while leveraging enterprise and industry best practices. Support systems testing and migration of platforms and applications to production. Ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Required Qualifications:
Position requires an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
• 4 years of C#.NET experience;
• 4 years of .NET Core experience;
• 4 years of Oracle or MS SQL server experience;
• 4 years of experience with the following: JavaScript, Angular JS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS;
• 1 years of experience with the following tools: uDeploy, Jenkins, Checkmarx, and BlackDuck;
• 1 years of experience with Tanzu Pivotal Cloud Foundry; and
• 1 years of experience with Kafka and NetApp.
Alternative Required Qualifications:
Will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related technical field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
