About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor to support critical operational activities that help deliver seamless experiences for customers and business partners. This role contributes to operational excellence by ensuring work is processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established risk and control standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine operational and administrative tasks following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Receive, sort, log, batch, and distribute work items to support daily business operations.
  • Prepare, organize, file, scan, photocopy, and maintain records and documents accurately.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and other operational materials.
  • Use internal systems and tools to complete assigned tasks and update information as needed.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and route requests to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Escalate questions, issues, or exceptions to supervisors or more experienced team members for guidance.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and day-to-day activities.
  • Follow established risk, compliance, and company policies while performing assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in commercial banking operations or a similar financial services environment.
  • Understanding of money movement processes, including payments, transfers, or transaction processing.
  • Experience handling refund transactions and related operational activities.
  • Ability to review and process transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

Job Expectation

  • Timing will be 2:30pm to 11:30pm.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and business partners.
  • Proficiency in using operational systems, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
