About this role:

This position within the In-House Agency (wellocreative.com) will support the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) business by aligning strategy, creative execution, and channel performance. The individual will translate complex business goals into integrated marketing programs that influence advisor and client behavior. This position will lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels at scale. The individual will also modernize ways of working by embedding data, performance insights, and AI-enabled capabilities into marketing delivery.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Marketing Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Marketing Strategy: Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and measurable outcomes

  • Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from problem definition through execution and optimization

  • Creative Briefing: Develop clear creative briefs with audience, journey, message, and success metrics

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Align stakeholders across marketing, creative, product, and channel teams

  • Presentation Leadership: Present and defend creative concepts and campaign strategies, connecting execution to business objectives and audience needs

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet brand, legal, compliance, and risk standards

  • Creative Direction: Guide teams to produce high-quality content rooted in advisor and client needs

  • Project Prioritization: Prioritize workstreams to maintain progress across concurrent initiatives

  • Performance Analytics: Evaluate performance data to refine campaigns and improve results

  • AI Enablement: Apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and enhance content quality


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels in financial services

  • Experience developing creative briefs tied to business goals, audience insights, and measurable outcomes

  • Experience translating investment concepts into compliant, audience-ready marketing content

  • Experience managing multi-channel initiatives with concurrent timelines and deliverables

  • Experience working within regulated environments with marketing compliance requirements

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve campaign speed, scale, and performance


Office Locations & Pay Ranges:

  • 401 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC ($100,000 to $163,000)

  • 600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($110,000 to $179,000)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
