Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant who will play a critical role in the successful delivery of AI automation initiatives in the Insurance Monitoring processes within Commercial Banking Operations.


In this role, you will:

·       Lead product and business analysis for AI and automation initiatives focused on Flood and Non-Flood Insurance processes

·       Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements and test scenarios

·       Drive end-to-end test execution and test automation for AI initiatives

·       Support the full delivery lifecycle, including design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑production validation

·       Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

·       Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

·       Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

·       Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

·       Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

·       5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

·       Experience working in the Insurance space

·       Experience working with CCM (Commercial Collateral Management) application

·       Experience with end-to-end test execution including design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑production validation

·       Experience with test automation for AI initiatives

·       Hands‑on experience using JIRA for user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution

·       Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models

·       Ability to independently deliver outcomes with minimal supervision

·       Ability to balance hands on execution and strategic thinking with a solution focused mindset

·       Ability to interact with all levels of an organization and become a trusted partner to both business and technology stakeholders

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

 

Job Expectations:

·       Ability to work hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remote

·       Ability to work on-site at one of the posted locations

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
