Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead horizontal management execution demands within the Global Employee Fraud Monitoring & Fraud Policy (GEFM&FP) organization within Fraud & Claims Management. The successful candidate will operate at the center of the GEFM&FP organization—connecting strategy, execution, communication, governance, and accountability. This key senior leadership team role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership activating business priorities into actionable plans, drives operating discipline, and ensure strong execution across key initiatives in addition to ownership and execution of horizontal programs. The role requires exceptional business understanding, emotional intelligence, analytical capabilities, discretion, and the ability to create clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.
The Lead Business Execution Consultant will co-lead the business administration function for Global Employee Fraud Monitoring & Fraud Policy, serving as a direct liaison to the head of the organization, senior leadership team of managing director(s), executive director(s), vice president(s) and partners. This individual will be responsible for or contribute to strategic planning, business management, executive routines, senior leader communications, governance forums, and horizontal organizational programs.
The role will act as a force multiplier for leadership by anticipating needs, identifying risks, driving follow-through, preparing executive-level materials, and ensuring priorities move forward with precision. This position requires the ability to influence without formal authority, work across functional teams, and manage multiple high-priority initiatives with independence and discretion.
In This Role, You Will
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating organizational priorities into actionable execution plans while leading cross-functional initiatives and programs across GEFM&FP
Design and manage leadership operating routines and governance forums, including business reviews, planning cycles, staff meetings, All Hands, and executive offsites, while owning end-to-end meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-through.
Prepare high-quality executive materials, including strategic narratives, business updates, briefings, talking points, dashboards, and senior leader presentations.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, identify efficiency opportunities, and support implementation of practical solutions.
Review strategic approaches, support-function effectiveness, business performance, and organizational routines to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Conduct fact-finding, research, analysis, and assessment of complex business issues requiring creative problem-solving and sound judgment.
Make recommendations and support decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a strong understanding of the business, risk environment, operating model, and organizational priorities.
Partner with finance, HR, risk, business management, operations, and other stakeholders to support performance tracking, resource planning, communications, and delivery against business objectives and strategic roadmap.
Anticipate challenges, escalate issues appropriately, unblock execution barriers, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments across leadership and stakeholder groups.
Develop repeatable processes, workflows, and communication routines that improve transparency, consistency, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsible for administrative demands including moderate to complex meeting coordination, expense reports, operating expense forecasts/allocations, access management/attestations and staffing model gearing/ratios

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting senior leaders, business management, strategy, governance, or execution capacity.
Strong presence with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, business updates, talking points, and leadership materials.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
SharePoint development and management proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and ambiguous assignments.
Demonstrated ability to create structure, operating routines, and accountability mechanisms in a complex business environment.
Strong project management discipline, including action tracking, milestone management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of discretion.
Experience supporting governance forums, business reviews, planning cycles, leadership meetings, town halls, or executive offsites.
Familiarity with risk management, fraud operations, employee investigations, business controls, or financial services operations.
Intellectual curiosity, bias toward action, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Job Expectations:
Ability travel 15% of the time
Hybrid work schedule - three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
