Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor helping clients optimize their treasury, payments, and liquidity strategies.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency, and deliver innovative treasury solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead complex, cross-functional treasury management initiatives that support client growth, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
  • Analyze multifaceted business, operational, and payment challenges to identify opportunities and recommend strategic treasury solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative guidance on treasury management, payments, liquidity, and cash management strategies.
  • Influence decision-making and drive outcomes by applying sound judgment, industry expertise, and knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to develop customized solutions that address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead projects, support strategic planning efforts, and share knowledge through mentoring and collaboration across teams.
  • Adapt to evolving client priorities, market trends, and emerging treasury technologies while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable client strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions for middle-market organizations with annual revenues of $100 million to $500 million.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders through effective communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions and drive successful client outcomes.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and innovation mindset with the ability to navigate change, leverage emerging technologies, and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail, project leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.

Job Expectations

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
  • Travel up to 30%

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
