About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as an Enterprise Product Owner within the Global Privacy Office, part of the Enterprise Program Office. This role leads scrum teams supporting Information Management Office applications, drives the implementation and optimization of privacy platforms such as One Trust and Securiti.AI, and redesigns workflows using existing and AI-enabled solutions. The consultant will act as a privacy and information management expert, partnering to cross‑functionally manage risk, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver enterprise‑wide privacy and information governance initiatives.

 
In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the Enterprise Product Owner for one or more scrum teams supporting the Global Privacy & Information Management Office applications, driving product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery of business value. 

  • Preparing and deliver executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, governance materials, and decision-support content. 

  • Demonstrate strong executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across all organizational levels. 

  • Demonstrate success leading discussions, facilitating workshops, managing conflicting priorities, and driving alignment among diverse stakeholder groups. 

  • Influence without authority and effectively navigate highly matrixed organizations

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with enterprise privacy, information management, and regulatory objectives. 

  • Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with business outcomes and customer needs. 

  • Partner closely with Technology, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product capabilities and solutions. 

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise privacy platforms such as One Trust, Securiti.AI, and other governance technologies. 

  • Identify opportunities to redesign and modernize privacy and information management workflows using existing platform capabilities, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. 

  • Establish, monitor, and report on product performance metrics, operational KPIs, adoption measures, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business groups, technology organizations, and governance functions. 

  • Perform complex analyses leveraging business, regulatory, operational, and technical data to identify enterprise impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities. 

  • Drive accountability for strategic initiatives, ensuring execution against commitments, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution for highly complex and ambiguous situations involving competing priorities and stakeholder interests. 

  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, operating updates, strategic recommendations, and governance materials for senior leadership and risk committees. 

  • Communicate complex business, regulatory, and technical concepts clearly and effectively to audiences ranging from operational teams to executive leadership. 

  • Influence organizational decisions and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority. 

  • Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to less experienced Business Execution and Product Management team members.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex business and operational concepts

  • Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle—from vision and ideation through design, execution, and go-to-market

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role responsible for product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery.

  • Proven ability to translate product requirements into sequenced roadmaps and scalable platform capabilities

  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Demonstrated success in understanding customer and end-user needs and translating them into actionable product strategies and delivery plans

  • Deep expertise in implementing and operationalizing enterprise privacy platforms, including OneTrust, Securiti.AI, or comparable privacy and governance technologies

  • Strong background in business analysis, including eliciting use cases and requirements from stakeholders

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-dimensional concepts into clear insights, decisions, and executable actions

  • Ability to navigate dynamic environments with agility while orchestrating multiple priorities

  • Proven leadership and influence within a matrixed organization, with strong collaboration across all levels

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product management frameworks, including certifications such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent. 

  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, release planning, and prioritization decisions. 

  • Experience establishing and managing product roadmaps, business outcomes, KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization measures. 

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern technology concepts including APIs, data integrations, workflow automation, UX/UI principles, and cloud-based platforms. 

  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technology constraints, and regulatory requirements in product decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations, data governance, information management, records management, data lifecycle management, classification, retention, and lawful use concepts. 

  • Experience translating privacy policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational processes. 

  • Demonstrated ability to assess regulatory changes and evaluate enterprise-wide impacts across processes, systems, controls, and technology platforms.
