About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product and business initiatives from planning through implementation and post-production support. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Release Management teams to drive successful project delivery, manage risks, coordinate UAT and incident resolution activities, and ensure business objectives are met.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management and contribute to project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management timelines
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies
  • Analyze or resolve resource requirements, project dependencies, planning or progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications, ongoing risk adaptation, appropriate escalation strategies and implementation while leading team to meet change management deliverables and leveraging solid understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation
  • Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management
  • Execute matrix managing other project managers and project coordinators for projects


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder (4-year course) in Business or any related program.
  • 7+ years of project management experience with superior project management skills.
  • Experience managing product and/or project delivery in an Agile environment, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence, and experience working with and coordinating Scrum teams.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other Agile-related certifications are preferred, along with experience supporting post-implementation activities, incident management, and production support processes.
  • Ability to manage in a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities.
  • Experience working on large-scale organizational change initiatives while partnering closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership through high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with a strategic business mindset, vision, and process-oriented approach.


Job Expectations:

  • Support a regular work schedule of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time.
  • Follow a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite work from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday.
  • Observe fixed rest days on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Follow the Philippine holiday calendar.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to attend meetings during holidays or outside regular working hours, as business needs require.
