In this role, you will:

  • Proactively support Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in the day-to-day management of accounts, including: Money movement, overdrafts, routine account maintenance, onboarding submissions for additional accounts for existing clients, account closing and fee discontinuation submissions, prepare, send and track receipt of routine forms and information requests, monitor accounts for sufficient liquidity for upcoming fees, taxes and distributions and, if needed, contact the Portfolio Manager to raise cash
  • Demonstrate responsiveness, accuracy, clarity and professionalism when communicating with internal and external parties
  • Work with a sense of urgency, take ownership over assigned tasks and provide frequent status updates, as appropriate
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, including time and priority management skills
  • Understand and efficiently execute all processes, procedures, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation activities
  • Interface with all firm-based systems used by Trust Services
  • Understand and adhere to Wells Fargo policies and procedures, including complaint management, issue management and escalation policies
  • Partner with the Middle Office, WIM Operations and CRG Partners on KYC updates, maintenance and completion
  • Partner with colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders to foster a sense of trust and reliability
  • Support Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in partnering and collaborating with other members of the relationship team to ensure a coordinated client experience
  • Assist Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in preparing materials to deliver “trust acumen’ education to internal partners
  • Proactively communicate with colleagues and internal partners regarding items impacting client accounts
  • Serve as a technical resource for the team
  • Proactively seek out and engage with both formal and informal mentors, and serve as a mentor to junior members of the team


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of philanthropic concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of fiduciary law and federal regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
