In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience working in scrum teams and Agile methodologies

Experience in working with APM, ITOM, ITAM modules of ServiceNow

  • Experience in ServiceNow catalogue development.
  • Sound knowledge of CMDB
  • Knowledge of building Custom Apps. 
  • 6+ years of experience and capability in implementing, maintaining and building upon ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows and integrations
  • Must have 6+ years’ development experience using scripting languages such as Javascript, Glide, Jelly etc., and use of Business Rule, UI Policies, Data Policies etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF. Automation testing is a plus Experience with SDLC activities of Design, Build, Test and Deploy activities.
  • Good communication skills ; written and verbal
  • Work in the agile teams and contribute towards self-organized, self-sustained teams.
  • Design, Build and test the requirements in ITOM, ITSM modules of Service now.
  • Perform the unit testing activities; unit & integration. Develop automation scripts where possible. Coordinate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
  • Use the OOTB functionalities of ServiceNow with minimum/zero customizations
  • Implement, configure and maintain and improved platform functionalityAnalyze and transform business and user requirements into actionable specifications
  • Consult and advise cross-functional teams on existing and forthcoming solutions
  • Team player with excellent coordination across the distributed teams.
  • ServiceNow Certifications : CSA & CAD is a must
