About this role:

Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will specialize in Workforce Strategy & Planning. The EFT group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with technology leaders to develop workforce plans aligned to strategic priorities, operating targets, and budget commitments

  • Manage workforce demand, hiring forecasts, attrition planning, and organizational health metrics

  • Evaluate workforce investments and provide recommendations regarding hiring priorities, backfills, organizational design, and resource allocation

  • Support governance routines related to workforce planning, headcount management, and approval processes

  • Lead end-to-end workforce request processes including position approvals, requisition tracking, and recruiting readiness activities

  • Partner with hiring managers, BSLs, and Recruiting to ensure position requests are accurately scoped and aligned to business priorities

  • Track requisitions through hiring lifecycle stages and provide executive visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency across workforce management activities

  • Develop executive reporting and workforce dashboards using workforce, recruiting, and financial data

  • Analyze hiring progress, workforce trends, attrition, productivity, and headcount forecasts

  • Create executive summaries and leadership presentations that communicate key insights, risks, and recommendations

  • Present workforce data and business impacts to senior leaders

  • Support workforce transformation initiatives focused on automation, AI enablement, and optimization of operating models

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and increase scalability through technology solutions

  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

  • Build strong partnerships across Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Compliance, and Workforce Management teams

  • Facilitate discussions among leaders to drive alignment and resolve workforce-related issues

  • Influence decision making through data-driven recommendations and clear communication

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Business Services, Workforce Planning, Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Human Capital Management, or related experience

 Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Executive Leadership and senior business stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule - ability to work in office

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
