About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support delivery execution within Enterprise Product & Pricing Management (EPPM), which is responsible for modernizing the capabilities that support product, pricing, fee, and rate management across the enterprise.
As part of Core Banking Modernization, product teams navigate complex dependencies, delivery milestones, governance requirements, and enterprise change processes. In this role, the Digital Product Manager serves as a key delivery enablement partner, helping reducing execution friction and operational risk through strong governance, coordination, and delivery discipline. Working at the center of Core Banking Modernization initiatives, this individual partners with Product Owners, technology teams, and program stakeholders to ensure product work progresses efficiently through intake, planning, development, testing, and release. By providing coordination, execution support, and delivery governance, this role supports Product Owners and delivery teams to focus on delivering business value while maintaining high standards of quality, transparency, and operational readiness.

In this role, you will:
Delivery Execution & Coordination
Partner with Product Owners to support day-to-day delivery execution across multiple initiatives and releases.
Assist with intake submission, tracking, and progression through required governance and planning forums.
Coordinate with technology teams, dependent products, and program stakeholders to help ensure delivery readiness.
Monitor delivery milestones and support schedule alignment across product, technology, and control partners.
Track dependencies, risks, assumptions, and key decisions that impact delivery outcomes.
Backlog & Jira Governance
Maintain Jira and delivery-tool hygiene, ensuring backlog structure, feature relationships, and work item quality support effective execution.
Monitor backlog readiness and support Product Owners in maintaining execution-ready work.
Produce and maintain basic delivery metrics, status updates, and reporting artifacts.
Support transparency into delivery progress through accurate documentation and stakeholder communications.
Enterprise Change Management Support
Assist with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) activities associated with product releases and implementation efforts.
Prepare supporting documentation and change artifacts required for governance reviews and approvals.
Coordinate activities across product, technology, operations, and control partners to support change readiness.
Track approval checkpoints, action items, and readiness activities to ensure successful execution.
Governance & Operational Excellence
Support governance activities related to product delivery, risk management, and operational readiness.
Maintain delivery artifacts, meeting materials, action logs, and execution documentation.
Facilitate follow-up activities, coordinate stakeholder communications, and monitor completion of key deliverables.
Help identify opportunities to improve execution processes, delivery transparency, and team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in product management, project management, program management, business analysis, delivery management, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting Agile delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product and delivery management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously .
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and governance functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting initiatives within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and delivery practices.
Experience supporting change management, release management, or implementation activities.
Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and control frameworks.
Experience creating executive-ready status reporting and delivery documentation.
Proven track record of identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple workstreams in a highly regulated environment.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
