Executive Technology Support

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Technology Support to deliver high-touch technology support for senior executives while driving operational excellence, service delivery, and continuous improvement. This role serves as a trusted technology partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless technology experiences, proactive issue resolution, and secure, reliable IT services.

In this role, you will:

  • Guide complex technology projects with broad impact for the business
  • Act as key participant in the plan development for Technology Operations
  • Analyze complex technical operations challenges which require in-depth evaluation
  • Conduct research and create reports and presentations on findings
  • Lead the development of process and operational improvements
  • Be the liaison with the onshore team and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore team
  • Ensure quality and security of the solutions and address remediation's as needed
  • Champion continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities
  • Set performance standards for the team and ensure operations achieve or exceed performance metrics
  • Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement
  • Make decisions based on the understanding of the requirements that influence projects
  • Lead teams to meet deadlines and drive new initiatives
  • Review, approve, and implement recommended changes to plans
  • Collaborate and consult with employees to resolve initiatives and achieve technology directives
  • Act as a mentor for individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Technology Operations, Executive Technology Support, End User Computing, Service Desk, or related technology support experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of strong experience providing white-glove IT support to senior executives or C-suite leaders.
  • Experience managing executive escalations and VIP incidents in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, along with mobile platforms including iOS and Android.
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration and conferencing technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot across devices, applications, infrastructure, and security technologies.
  • Exceptional customer service, executive presence, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably within financial services.
  • Knowledge of technology risk, compliance, information security, and corporate governance practices.
  • Experience navigating enterprise processes including access provisioning, hardware procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with delivering proactive technology support to prevent issues before they impact executive productivity.
  • Experience with building trusted relationships with executives, executive assistants, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Experience with prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority requests while maintaining exceptional service levels.
  • Experience with documenting solutions, contribute to knowledge management, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Experience with supporting executive travel needs and ensure technology readiness before and during key business events.

Job Expectations:

  • Provide flexible support for executive schedules, including occasional after-hours, on-call, and event support.
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
