About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to join the Global Employee Fraud Monitoring Strategies (GEFMS) team. This role is responsible for leading Front Line Proactive Monitoring governance routines, supporting data and technology change initiatives, and driving process improvement that enhance the effectiveness, sustainability, and execution of Wells Fargo's internal fraud monitoring activities.
In this role, you will:
Lead the coordination, evaluation, and calibration of LOB Internal Fraud proactive monitoring activities across the enterprise, including governance routines, inventory management, identification of gaps and duplicate coverage, and effective challenge of Front-Line monitoring decisions and submissions.
Establish and lead Front Line Proactive Monitoring governance routines, including forums, standards, accountability processes, decision documentation, and quarterly monitoring reviews.
Review new and modified proactive monitoring rules developed by Front Line teams for enterprise applicability, duplication, and rule ID assignment, and conduct quarterly reviews of monitoring submissions.
Partner with Product and Technology teams to support data and technology initiatives, including data acquisition, data source migrations, platform modernization efforts, tool enhancements, and other changes impacting internal fraud monitoring capabilities.
Provide process, documentation, governance, and project support for the Global Employee Fraud Monitoring team.
Maintain and enhance JIRA to support work intake, prioritization, reporting, and delivery tracking for the Global Employee Fraud Monitoring team.
Maintain and enhance the team's SharePoint and Confluence environments, including content organization, documentation repositories, procedures, inventories, governance artifacts, and other resources supporting team operations.
Partner with Compliance, Control, Audit, Risk, and business stakeholders to support high-priority initiatives, audit engagements, control validation efforts, and related risk management activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting governance, risk management, or operational processes within a large organization.
Hands‑on experience with SAS and SQL, supporting data‑driven rule development for fraud monitoring or identification of anomalous or out‑of‑pattern activity across large enterprise data sets
Experience establishing and executing enterprise-wide governance functions and effectively challenging and influencing Lines of Business and stakeholders across the enterprise to drive alignment and support risk-based decision-making.
Experience coordinating complex cross-functional activities involving business, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and control stakeholders.
Experience supporting large technology-driven change efforts, including data acquisition, data migrations, platform transitions, implementation of new tools, and other technology enhancements.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining procedures, inventories, governance documentation, and operational artifacts.
Experience maintaining and enhancing JIRA to support work intake, prioritization, reporting, and delivery tracking.
Experience maintaining SharePoint and Confluence environments
Strong knowledge of internal fraud, conduct risk, monitoring, or control frameworks.
Experience performing impact assessments and supporting implementation of data, technology, and process changes.
Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing operational efficiencies.
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating effectively across business and functional areas.
Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work schedule - three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
