In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities
  • Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps
  • Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met and adhere to data governance standards and procedures
  • Identify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
  • Develop recommendations for optimal approaches to resolve data quality issues and implement plans for assessing the quality of new data sources leveraging domain expertise and data, business, or process analysis to inform and support solution design
  • Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members
  • Drive planning and coordination on moderately complex remediation efforts acting as central point of contact
  • Consult with clients to assess the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility
  • Participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
  • Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of data product, data management, data analysis, business analysis, automation, or technology-delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing structured, high-volume, or complex datasets.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, process automation, or solution prototyping.
  • Demonstrated experience using current AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to perform analysis, improve processes, support research, or increase operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing a moderately complex project, initiative, or workstream involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze ambiguous business or data problems and develop structured recommendations or solution options.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts, recommendations, risks, and status clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, identify risks, and drive assigned initiatives to completion
  • Experience designing or building AI-enabled solutions using Copilot, agents, reusable skills, prompts, workflow orchestration, or comparable capabilities.
  • Experience developing Python-based analysis, reporting, automation, or workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure, GitHub, APIs, or equivalent technologies.
  • Knowledge of banking or financial products and Finance, accounting, regulatory, risk, control, or operational data.
  • Experience translating operational needs into requirements, user stories, prototypes, process designs, or implementation roadmaps.
  • Experience with data-quality controls, reconciliations, defect management, financial-data platforms, or operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, information security, access management, records management, model risk, or controls applicable to automated solutions.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, management information, or benefit-measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of data lineage, metadata, data architecture, source-to-target transformations, or enterprise data governance.
  • Experience working in Agile, product-management, or structured technology-delivery environments.
  • Experience influencing outcomes across India- and US-based Operations and Technology teams without direct authority.


Job Expectations:

  • Lead or participate in moderately complex AI, automation, analytics, data, and operational-improvement initiatives.
  • Assess operational processes, controls, reporting, and workflows to identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation, simplification, or improved analytics.
  • Translate business problems into defined use cases, requirements, solution options, delivery plans, controls, and measurable outcomes.
  • Use SQL and Python to analyze data, prototype solutions, automate repeatable activities, and validate results.
  • Design or support solutions using approved Microsoft Copilot capabilities, agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and related automation technologies.
  • Coordinate initiatives from assessment and prioritization through design, testing, implementation, documentation, adoption, and benefit measurement.
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder expectations across Operations and Technology.
  • Ensure AI and automation solutions include appropriate testing, human review, access controls, auditability, documentation, and operational ownership.
  • Develop clear recommendations, status updates, roadmaps, and decision materials for business and management audiences.
  • Support broader Finance Data Operations strategy, including process standardization, operational metrics, dashboarding, control enhancements, and modernization.
  • Develop reusable methods, documentation, or solution components that help scale successful capabilities across the organization.
  • Share knowledge and help strengthen AI, automation, analytical, and strategic capabilities across Finance Data Operations
