About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Portfolio Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of commercial banking portfolios. In this role, you will partner with relationship managers, credit teams, and operations partners to help deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong risk controls, and support key portfolio activities. In this role, you will:
- Review complex credit and loan information for companies and industries
- Analyse commercial real estate documents, including appraisals and lease agreements
- Support portfolio management partners throughout the credit approval process
- Conduct credit investigations and identify potential risks or discrepancies
- Apply established procedures and judgment to complete complex credit activities
- Collaborate with business partners to review processes and resolve issues
- Incorporate feedback to improve work quality and accuracy
- Perform quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to less experienced team members
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ Experience reviewing and analysing loan documentation, commercial real estate appraisals, and lease agreements
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in commercial banking, commercial lending, credit analysis, portfolio management, or related financial services functions
- Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit underwriting, and loan approval processes
- Experience reviewing commercial real estate documents, including appraisals, lease agreements, and financial statements
Job expectations:
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, including working from the assigned office location and remotely as required
- Flexibility to work across various shifts and schedules to support business and customer needs
