Senior Marketing Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly collaborative and results-driven Senior Marketing Consultant to help execute and evolve our Home Lending digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of customer-focused website experiences, content, and digital enhancements that support business objectives and improve customer engagement. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance, and Marketing, to bring strategic initiatives to market, optimize customer journeys, and ensure a seamless experience across Wells Fargo digital channel

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for marketing
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing, website management, or digital customer experience.
  • 4 + years of Mortgage, financial services, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Experience of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, conversion optimization, content strategy, user experience (UX), and customer engagement
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Design teams.
  • Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience developing business requirements and implementation documentation for website enhancements.
  • Experience with analyzing
  • website performance, customer behavior, and digital metrics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, or similar platforms.
  • Experience translating business objectives into customer-focused digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA), SEO and GEO best practices.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, disclosure, legal, compliance, or risk review processes within a regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations and influence senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital content lifecycle processes, including content review, implementation, testing, validation, and production launch.
  • Ability to use customer insights and data to prioritize digital enhancements and influence roadmap development.
  • Demonstrated success leading website modernization, conversion optimization, personalization, or customer experience initiatives.
  • Experience balancing business objectives, customer needs, and risk/compliance requirements within digital channels.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
