About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate within our FX Account Maintenance team, part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
Participate in lifecycle support tasks for FX institutional trade initiatives and
Work on client account onboarding, input and monitoring of client reference data, maintenance of Standard Settlement Instructions and collaborate on project work
Provide subject matter expertise on process enhancements
Assist stakeholders in bringing individual or teams together in order to resolve issues
Identify opportunity for process improvements and communicate those to leadership
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience supporting Foreign Exchange (F/X), Derivatives or Money Market Lines of Business
Knowledge and understanding of capital markets products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and industry-wide best practices within Account Maintenance processes
Ability to use banking software, desktop software, email, and FX specific applications
Knowledge of FX business, international finance, and Standard Settlement Instructions. (SSI0)
Knowledge of CMR, OPICS, Calypso, COBAM, and CID is a plus.
Experience partnering with global teams
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and work with data
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office.
Ability to work a rotating scheduled between the hours of 8:30am – 7pm Monday - Friday
