CPG - Business Execution Consultant

  • Strategy & Execution
  • Full time
  • R-542626

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support operational execution and coordination within Corporate Properties Group (CPG). This role is designed to strengthen consistency, transparency, and execution effectiveness across a growing and increasingly interconnected operating model.

The position supports centralized execution efforts across multiple Facility Management Organizations and CPG partners. As reliance on shared processes and standardized execution has expanded, this role provides structured support to help teams operate in a coordinated, well‑aligned manner—particularly where work spans multiple organizations, stakeholders, and execution paths.

The role is execution‑focused and enables scale by supporting procedural clarity, communication effectiveness, onboarding and offboarding activities for contingent resources, and continuity of critical control execution activities. It operates within established frameworks and partners closely with business, control, and technology stakeholders to support day‑to‑day execution needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Support execution of defined control activities by performing end‑to‑end testing, monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure processes are followed consistently and meet internal standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root‑cause analysis of exceptions, workflow breakdowns, and documentation gaps related to requisition approvals, expenditure authorization processes, privacy notice workflows, and other CPG support functions.

  • Review, update, and maintain procedures, job aids, and process flows to reflect current‑state operations and ensure accurate, high‑quality documentation aligned with internal governance expectations.

  • Provide execution support across onboarding and offboarding activities for contingent resources, including coordination with business partners and adherence to established controls and procedures.

  • Manage and track issue‑related work, including JIRA tickets, follow‑ups with Technology and business partners, and monitoring remediation progress to support consistent execution and reduce operational defects.

  • Design, coordinate, and execute centralized communication programs that connect CPG partners with the three Facility Management Organizations, ensuring consistent, timely, and well‑structured information flow across organizations. This includes developing and maintaining standardized communications (e.g., newsletters, operational updates, job alerts), aligning messaging across stakeholders, and supporting adoption of procedural and execution changes.

  • Exercise independent judgment to manage moderate‑risk deliverables and execution decisions within defined parameters.

  • Develop and present recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen procedural clarity, and improve consistency across execution teams.

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders, business partners, and cross‑functional teams to support smooth and accurate process execution.

  • Provide coverage and redundancy support for critical control execution activities to ensure continuity, risk mitigation, and operational resilience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in execution‑oriented roles that require coordination across multiple teams or partner organizations.

  • Demonstrated strength in written business communications, including drafting structured updates or materials for broad stakeholder audiences.

  • Experience supporting standardized processes or shared operating models where consistency and clear handoffs are critical.

  • Familiarity with maintaining or interpreting procedures or job aids to support day‑to‑day execution.

  • Comfort operating within established frameworks and prioritizing work across competing execution demands.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through in environments where accuracy, documentation quality, and timely execution matter.

  • Experience in corporate services, facilities, real estate, or vendor‑supported operating models is preferred.

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • 5% travel required.
