About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Auto Third-Party Oversight team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective oversight of third-party relationships within the Auto business. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support functions and operational activities for Auto Third-Party Oversight, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives
- Drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, including active pipeline management
- Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
- Provide independent recommendations and leadership support for business execution efforts
- Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives related to risk mitigation, process efficiency, and customer experience
- Partner with leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
- Lead relationship management efforts and coordinate implementation of programs, services, and initiatives across cross-functional partners
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution and governance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop polished PowerPoint presentations for business and leadership audiences
- Experience facilitating meetings (e.g., RAU utilization sessions) and driving cross-functional alignment
- Background in reporting, governance, and program oversight materials development
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management practices
- Subject matter expertise with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and confident delivery style
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across organizations
