In this role, you will:
- Accurately review and process non-flood commercial insurance documents (COIs, policies, endorsements) within defined SLAs
- Ensure insurance coverage meets loan agreement requirements for property and liability (excluding flood)
- Identify and flag coverage gaps, missing clauses, or discrepancies, and initiate timely follow-ups
- Track and manage insurance exceptions, renewals, and pending items until resolution
- Maintain accurate updates in systems and trackers to reflect current insurance compliance status
- Coordinate with borrowers, insurance agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required non-flood insurance documentation
- Support resolution of customer and internal queries related to insurance compliance and loan servicing
- Take ownership of complex cases and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Assist team members by providing process guidance and support on non-flood insurance reviews
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new or less experienced staff
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround time
- Participate in team meetings, operational discussions, and process updates
- Support reporting by maintaining trackers, queue management, and basic status updates
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, both written and verbal
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Loan Servicing support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
