About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the strategic management and execution of business initiatives across Middle Market Vendor. This role serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner to business leadership, helping coordinate program governance, strategic planning, new program development, executive reporting, compliance initiatives, and business transformation efforts. The successful candidate will provide the organizational structure, project management discipline, and cross-functional coordination necessary to support portfolio growth, enhance business effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of key strategic priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate program reviews, portfolio reviews, executive committee reviews, and governance activities.
- Support new program development efforts through research, market analysis, business case development, pitch preparation, and project management.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and business priorities established by leadership.
- Manage and coordinate compliance, audit, regulatory, and risk-related initiatives impacting the business.
- Support the identification, development, testing, and deployment of AI, automation, and process improvement solutions.
- Develop executive presentations, business communications, reporting packages, and management materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives involving Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Sales partners.
- Establish and maintain project plans, implementation timelines, governance routines, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Monitor key business initiatives, track deliverables, identify execution risks, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Drive consistency, accountability, and operational discipline across strategic programs and business initiatives.
- Lead coordination and execution of program reviews, executive committee reviews, portfolio reviews, and business governance routines.
- Support new program development efforts through research, competitive analysis, business case development, pitch materials, and project management.
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of leadership priorities across the organization.
- Partner with Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Sales teams to facilitate program execution and business objectives.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience in Equipment and/or Vendor Finance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading complex projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional business programs from planning through implementation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced presentation development and executive communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive committees, leadership reviews, and strategic business discussions.
- Demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve business effectiveness, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of equipment finance, vendor finance, and structured program management, including experience supporting portfolio governance, program administration, and business development activities.
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule, current requirements are 4 days in-office

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
