About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Representative to help deliver seamless and efficient commercial loan closing experiences for our customers. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate pre-close and post-close documentation for the most complex commercial real estate loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and prepare complex loan documentation and guide operational decisions requiring planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Independently prioritize assignments and coordinate day-to-day activities to support timely and effective loan closings
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to peers, colleagues, and managers on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Recommend process, tool improvements, and coordinate the implementation of approved changes across work groups
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting complex commercial real estate (CRE) loan closings in a large financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending documentation, regulatory requirements, and operational risk and control processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and provide guidance on complex loan closing activities.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with required on-site presence based on business and team needs.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and support U.S. business hours.
