About This Role
Workplace Technology Operations (WTO) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, governance, and operational excellence framework supporting workplace technology products and services. This role will establish standards, improve operational readiness, strengthen product governance practices, and advance continuous improvement initiatives across the technology environment. The successful candidate will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Service Management teams to improve accountability, readiness, and service outcomes.In This Role You Will
- Lead the product strategy and operating model for governance, standards, operational readiness, and service improvement initiatives within Workplace Technology Operations.
- Establish governance processes, review cadences, performance measures, and accountability frameworks that support product and service objectives.
- Define and maintain standards for operational documentation, knowledge management, support readiness, and service governance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to identify operational risks, address gaps, and support control effectiveness.
- Drive governance for incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management processes while improving operational data quality and reporting.
- Develop and manage scorecards, KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting that communicate product health, readiness, risk, and performance outcomes.
- Lead operational health reviews, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to address systemic issues and improve customer experience.
- Establish operational readiness and permit-to-operate criteria for new products, services, and technology capabilities prior to production deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or managing governance frameworks, operational controls, or service management processes.
- 4+ years of experience using operational metrics, performance reporting, dashboards, or analytics to drive product or service decisions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, or similar operational management and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL, service management governance, operational risk management, controls testing, or audit readiness practices.
- Experience establishing operational readiness, support models, permit-to-operate processes, or production support frameworks.
- Experience improving operational data quality, taxonomy standards, reporting accuracy, or governance processes
- Experience with collaboration and compute applications in a large enterprise
Job Expectations:
- Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX in accordance with Wells Fargo hybrid policy
