In May 2021, Wells Fargo joined OneTen, an organization that aims to close the opportunity gap for Black talent and others who do not have a four-year degree.
Wells Fargo, partnering with OneTen and other coalition members, provides entry- to mid-level opportunities, hiring candidates into jobs that offer career development, create opportunities to earn success, and ignite potential for generations to come.

About the program
Program overview
Do you have a desire to continue to learn and grow? Wells Fargo's Career Development Program provides the necessary resources to amplify your exposure within your team and the enterprise, and strengthen your professional development with training, networking, and senior leader exposure. The program hosts a January and July cohort.
Program components
- Cohort orientation: During an immersion week, centralized orientation provides a program overview, skills-based training, and professional development sessions.
- Functional training: Line of business training supports the role for which the program participant is hired.
- Professional development: Monthly tailored learning sessions provide coaching, career planning, leadership, communication, and other valuable enterprise skills development.
- Ongoing Support: A network of support includes the CDP program manager, hiring manager, team members, and cohort peers.

Program features
Participate in a yearlong development program
The program incorporates a cohort immersion week, on-the-job training, enterprise programming, networking with leader, and post-program support
Receive frequent program check-ins
Check-in points include monthly program calls for key updates and pertinent information in addition to mid-program and year end reviews.
Partner with a professional coach
Each participant will be paired with a coach to assist with career navigation and support.
