CIB-Chief Operating Office (CIB-COO)
CIB-COO is comprised of teams aligned to the business and is responsible for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Risk Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Business Resiliency, Business Enablement, Intelligent Automation, Liquidity Stress Testing, E-communication Surveillance and Monitoring.

- Internship: participate in an 8-10 week summer internship program. Participants will gain an overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture
Program structure and desired qualifications
- Full Time Analyst Program: master’s degree with an expected graduation between March 2026 – August 2026
- Internship Program: master’s degree with an expected graduation between March 2027 – August 2027
- Preferred Education Track: pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Chartered Accountancy/ Accounting. However, all majors welcome to apply
