Quantitative Analytics Program (QAP)
QAP provides you with an overview of Wells Fargo and prepares you to develop, implement, calibrate, or validate quantitative models. It gives you a blend of technical, business, and professional developmental opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences.
Corporate Risk Development Program (CRDP)
CRDP will provide exposure to key risk domains: Financial Crimes, Compliance, Credit, Market, operational, reputational risk and technology risk. Provides access to mentorship, instructor-led training, front line business exposure, and career development resources. The program intends to pave the way for future roles in Corporate Risk.
What we offer
- Internship: participate in an 8-10 week summer internship program. Participants will gain an overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture
- Full Time Analyst: a program that provides recent college graduates who join Wells Fargo as full time employees with opportunities to network, learn and grow, and pursue their professional goals
Desired qualifications
- Internship: currently pursuing a bachelor’s / master's degree with an expected graduation date between March 2027 – August 2027
- Full Time Analyst: bachelor's / master’s with an expected graduation between March 2026 – August 2026
- Excellent Computer programming skills and use of statistical software packages such as Python, SQL, Java, C++
- Majors in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Risk, or related fields
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
