The Chief Operating Office (COO) early career programs support the largest business within the Wells Fargo enterprise. The three main areas under COO include Business Risk Control and Regulatory Oversight, Chief Administrative Office, and Global Operations. Global Operations is responsible for building a more unified and integrated approach to the firm’s business operations functions.

Our Global Operations early career programs offer exposure across multiple functions and within multiple teams, providing work or experiences related to business operations, strategy, execution and transformation initiatives, in the following areas:​

• • Consumer Banking and Lending Operations
  • Fraud & Claims Management Operations​
  • Payments Operations ​
  • Shared Services Operations​
  • Wholesale Operations 
• Internship: an early career development program that provides participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture
• Analyst Program: a two-year program designed to provide recent college graduates with opportunities to network, learn and grow, and pursue their professional goals

All programs are designed to develop a participant's business acumen through experiential learning by providing an overview of Wells Fargo, a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies and corporate culture.

Desired qualifications

• Internship: must be currently pursuing a bachelor's /master’s degree with an expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028
• Analyst Program: bachelor's/master's with an expected graduation between March 2027 and August 2027
• Pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Business Data & Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business administration /Business Management or related business fields
