Explore a Technology career with Wells Fargo
The Technology Program is designed to expose participants to a variety of technology groups and functions, building a solid foundation to foster continuous learning in an ever-changing and expanding technology environment. Participants will have the opportunity to understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a technology employee and gain comprehensive professional and technical industry experience. Program events and technical assignments will expand your network with technology professionals.
What we offer
- Analyst Program: a program that provides recent college graduates who join Wells Fargo as full time employees with opportunities to network, learn and grow, and pursue their professional goals
- Internship: Provides participants with an 8-10 week overview of Technology at Wells Fargo, gaining high-level understanding of the organization’s operations, business strategies and priorities, and corporate culture
Program structure and desired qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s / dual degree in Engineering with an expected graduation between March 2026 – August 2026 for fulltime programs, and between March 2027 – August 2027 for internship programs
