What will you do?

Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with members of the Commercial Baking team to source, structure, and underwrite multi-million-dollar transactions in relationship or product-focused groups
  • Conducting in-depth market, industry, and company research to support our business development efforts
  • Collaborating on the delivery of new business initiatives or communications to internal stakeholders and customers/prospects
  • Understanding and evaluating customer needs to effectively identify Wells Fargo products and services that can help customers achieve their goals
  • Engaging in creative thinking and idea generation to perform a variety of assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization

Is this opportunity right for you?

Program structure and desired qualifications include:

  • Full-time program for seniors. Program length is approximately 2 years
  • Summer internship for juniors. Program length is 10 weeks
  • Program is open to all majors with a demonstrated interest in Commercial Banking and working with our corporate customers and prospects
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills, solid problem solving and decision-making skills, and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

What does my future look like?

The program is designed to support talent moving into a number of different roles across our Commercial Banking business, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Relationship Manager
  • Portfolio Manager
  • Credit Product Sales
  • Credit Product Portfolio
  • Strategy and Execution roles
