What we offer
- Full Time Analysts - participate in a structured two-year program featuring business rotations designed to build experience across Wells Fargo's Consumer Banking and Lending footprint.
- Summer Internship - participate in a ten-week summer internship program. Participants will gain an overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture.
Program structure and desired qualifications
- Full Time Analyst Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 – June 2026
- Internship Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 – June 2027
- Preferred Education Track: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Business, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting. However, all majors welcome to apply
