Global Operations in the Chief Operating Office is responsible for building a more unified and integrated approach to Wells Fargo’s business operations functions.
What we offer
Global Operations Early Career Programs offer exposure across multiple functions and within multiple teams, providing work or experiences related to business operations, strategy, execution and transformation initiatives, in the following areas:
- Consumer Banking and Lending Operations
- Fraud & Claims Management Operations
- Global Operations Data, Analytics, and Reporting
- Global Operations Strategy and Transformation
- Payments Operations
- Shared Services Operations
- Wholesale Operations
All programs are designed to develop participant's business acumen through experiential learning by providing an overview of Wells Fargo, a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies and corporate culture. There is an opportunity to secure full-time employment prior to your senior year starting, based on internship performance.
Program structure and desired qualifications
Competitive Internship
- The 10-week summer program allows participants to compete for a full-time role as an analyst post-graduation.
- Pursing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Interest in any of the following: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Computer Science, Management and Risk Management or related business field
Note: Placement into one of the business groups will be based on interviews and subject to availability
